反应条件对NaX型纳米分子筛结晶行为的影响
Effect of Reaction Condition on Crystallization Behavior of NaX Sieve

Abstract
The calcined kaolin in Shanxi was used as raw material to synthesize nano-scale NaX molecular sieve in one ton-reaction vessel by direct hydrothermal method without template, seed, directed agents or any additives. The effects of alkalinity, temperature and reaction time on crystallization behavior of NaX nano-molecular sieve were explored in the pilot phase by XRD experiment. The process and products in the pilot-scale were characterized by TEM and IR. The results indicated that the suitable mole composition of one ton-reaction vessel was n(Na2O)/n(SiO2) = 1.5 and the best crystallizing time was 4 h,at 100 ℃. The products were nano-NaX molecular sieve with uniform size distribution in nano-scale and complete crystal form, also match the standard X.关键词
