Abstract

CaCu3Ti4O12 ( CCTO)-bakelite composites were prepared by hot-pressing method. The addition of CCTO not only obviously enhanced the dielectric constant of bakelite, but also significantly decreased the dielectric loss. With the increase of CCTO, electrical resistivity had little variation firstly, then rapidly decreased to 107 £1 M when the content of CCTO was 80 wt%. The large content of CCTO addition resulted in the increase of porosity because it hinder the bakelite crosslink. Within the investigation compositions, the composites with 50 wt% CCTO possessed the best properties.
