水热法制备NiFe2O4-BaTiO3复合材料及其电-磁性能
Electric and Magnetic Properties of NiFe2O4-BaTiO3 Composites Synthesized by Hydrothermal Method

Abstract
In the present work, the magnetoelectric composites of spinel structure NiFe2 04 and perovskite structure BaTiO3 were synthesized by hydrothermal method with putting the precursor of NiFe2O4 and BaTiO3 together in reaction kettle. The presence of two phases in composites was confirmed by XRD technique. The microstructure was characterized by scanning electron microscope. The variation of dielectric constant and variation of permeability with frequency and temperature were studied. The results showed that the structure of BaTiO3 in the composite changed from tetragonal structure to hexagonal structure, hexagon shaped BaTiO3 particles and near-spherical particles were formed, both of dielectric constant and permeability increased with increasing NiFe2O4 contents,the ferroelectric curie temperature moved towards low temperature with increasing NiFe2O4 contents, while the ferromagnetic curie temperature moved towards high temperature, which was close to that of NiFe2O4.关键词
