摘要

Abstract

The rapture strength, surface hardness and 24 h water absorption of gypsum product was studied by doping in additive agent as water repellent, PVA and BPO agent . The results showed that the optimum condition was as follow; the water repellent loading is 1. 25% ,the PVA loading is 0. 8% and the BPO loading is 0.24%. The rupture strength of gypsum sample is 9. 54 Mpa, 24 h water absorption rate is 5. 32% and the surface hardness of is 3.0 after water absorption. And the sample 72 h immersion in flowing water can wash 4 h the surface hardness is essentially the same.
