摘要

Abstract

For suppressing nonlinear effect in ROF system,two modulation techniques based on multi-arm M-Z modulators are proposed. First, both the modulation methods and principles of the two techniques are described theoretically, and then, with the help of optical communication simulation software - Optisystem, simulation analysis about ROF systems based on these techniques are carried out, comparing with ROF system based on traditional M-Z modulators.The results show that: the two modulation techniques effectively reduced the nonlinearity of the ROF systems, and the range of modulation index system can accept was expanded.
