摘要
Abstract
Objective To study on the pharmacokinetics of salvianolic acid B in rats. Methods The blood samples were collected at a series of time points after intragastrical administration (ig) of extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza to rats(1.5 g ·kg-1) ,and analyzed by HPLC-MS. Pharmacokinetic parameters were evaluated with DAS3.0 software. Results Its pharmacokinetic parameters of salvianolic acid B were as follows; tl/2 (39.91 ±1.25) min,Cmax(25. 15 ±3.52) μg · mL-1 ,AUC(l 052.4 ±53.20 ) μg ·L-1 · min. Conclusion This method is simple and rapid, which can be used for the detection and pharmacokinetic study of salvianolic acid B in vivo.关键词
