HPLC法测定乌参醒脑滴丸中二苯乙烯苷的含量
Determination of stilbene glucoside in Wushen Xingnao drop pill by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the determination of stilbene glucoside in Wushen Xingnao (WSXN) drop pill with HPLC. Methods Chromatography was performed on a SunFire·C18(250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5.0 μm) at 30 ℃. The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-water(20:80) with a flow rate of 1. 0 mL · min -1. The detection wavelength was 320 nm. Results The calibration curve of stilbene glucoside was linear in the range of 12.75 -85.0μg · mL-1. The average recovery for stilbene glucoside was 99. 8% (RSD = 2. 16% ). Conclusion The method can be used for quantitative determination of Wushen Xingnao drop pill.关键词
