南宁市城镇妇女发病状况的探讨

摘要
Abstract
To study the incidence status and related risk factors of gynaecological diseases in urban women in Nanning city. Methods The general screening results of gynaecological diseases of married urban women in Nanning from January 2005 to December 2009 were analyzed. Results A total of 19 768 urban married women participated in the survey of gynaecological disease during these five years, and the detection rate of gynaecological diseases was 75. 30% . The difference in total prevalence rate among these five years had statistical significance(x2 = 88. 67, P = 0. 000 ). The principal genital tract diseases of the women were cervicitis( 28. 38% ) and vaginitis ( 23.41% ), followed by hysteromyoma ( 18. 34% ). Mammary gland hyperplasia was the main breast disease ( 35. 46% ). Conclusion Factors such as fast rhythm of urban life, increasing pressure of work and life, and weak consciousness of self-care affect women' s reproductive health. In order to prevent and reduce the incidence of gynaecological diseases and improve the quality of urban women s life, communities should carry out women' s health education and pay more attention to general screening and treatment of gynaecological diseases.关键词
