上海地区妇女对宫颈癌认知程度的分析

Abstract
To investigate the cognition degree to cervical cancer of women in Shanghai and its related influencing factors, so as to provide evidence for further health education on and early diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer in the whole country. Methods Through multi-stage stratified sampling method 3 700 permanent resident women aged 18-65 or having sexual life randomly selected from Jiading District, Pudong New Area, Changning District and Putuo District in Shanghai were surveyed with questionnaires and the results were analyzed. Results The cognition degree to cervical cancer in Shanghai women was 55. 3 % , and 55.1% of them had received cervical cancer screening. The awareness was associated with area, age, education and income, and there were statistical differences among different groups (x2 value was 4. 67, 80.62, 414.53 and 150. 55 , respectively, allP<0.01 ). Among them 75.4 % did not know about HPV, and 82. 7% did not know the relation between HPV infection and cervical cancer. Conclusion Women in Shanghai have poor knowledge of cervical cancer and HPV. Since area, age, education and income influence the cognition on cervical cancer, it is important to carry out different health education for them according to different situations.关键词
