摘要
Abstract
The etiology of premature ovarian failure ( POF ) is complicated, and the genetic factor is an important cause of POF. X chromosome is the decisive factor of female sex gland s development. X-linked genetic defects are possibly associated with POF. The research on X-linked genetic defects may provide a theoretical basis in molecular level for early forecast and treatment of POF. This article made a review of the relationship between POF and X chromosome.关键词
