摘要
Abstract
Down syndrome is the most common chromosomal aneuploidy disease, and the birth defect intervention is an effective way to prevent it. Traditional prenatal diagnosis has some drawbacks such as invasivity, so more and more studies focus on the non-invasive prenatal diagnosis. The analysis of these 4 fetal markers ( fetal cells, cell-free fetal DNA, fetal messenger RNA, and fetal microRNA) in the circulation of pregnant women non-invasive prenatal diagnosis is one of the hottest current topics in prenatal medicine. Cell-free fetal microRNAs offer great hope for the non-invasive prenatal diagnosis because of its sufficient stability, high specificity, and accuracy.关键词
