Why Personal Relations Matters-on Returns from Personal Relations Based on a Game between Pharmaceuticals and Hospitals
摘要
Abstract
Personal relations,usually identified as ＂Relationship Capital＂, are considered part of intangible resources owned by corporations, and has been an important issue in some economic areas. This article analyzed returns from personal relations based on a game between pharmaceuticals and hospitals with incomplete information. Its conclusions showed that the player in disadvantage benefits from personal relations. Besides, existences of personal relations are helpful to reduce commercial briberies.关键词
