Abstract
Tetrabutylammonium hydroxide was prepared by the ion exchange between gel type strong basic anion exchange resin(OH-) and aqueous solution of tetrabutylammonium bromide. The suitable synthesis conditions were investigated by the experiments conducted in the laboratory. The results of the research show that, when the concentration of tetrabutylammonium hydroxide 27.0%, the temperature 15 ℃, the concentration of regeneration liquid NaOH 5.0% and the ratio of height to diameter of the exchange column 15, the degree of exchange greater than 86.0%, and the concentration of tetrabutylammonium hydroxide solution more than 10.0% can be achieved. The column exchange method is simple and the used ion exchange resin can be conveniently regenerated.关键词
