水稻恢复系187R重组自交系的亲和性分析
Compatibility analysis on recombination inbred lines of rice restore line 187R
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The compatibility of 18 recombination inbred lines (IRLs) of rice restore line 187R were tested to provide a basis for breeding new rice variety (combination). [Method]The seed setting rate of spikelet in hybrid F1 of 18 IRLs crossed with tester viz., Tian B (Indies), Bai R56 and Liaojing 224 (Japonica) were investigated. [Result]The RILs including WC26, WC69, WC187, WC209, WC217, WC219 and WC246 were wide-compatible and middle type, which showed higher compatibility to all testers. WC22 and WC25 showed special compatibility to Japonica rice. While the RILs viz., WC65, WC70, WC191, WC203, WC225, WC228, WC350, WC373 showed indica compatible and had special compatibility to Indica rice. [Conclusion]The wide-compatible IRLs have higher application value used as rice research and breeding materials. The Indica-compatible and Japonica-compatible IRLs can be matched with Japonica rice or Indica rice to select good combinations with strong heterosis.关键词
