自然降温对不同生长期甘蔗生理生化指标的影响
Effect of natural low temperatures on the physio-biochemical indices of sugarcane at different growth stages

Abstract
[Objective]The objective of present experiment was to study the effects of natural decrease in temperatures on the physio-biochemical indices of sugarcane at different growth stages, and to understand the mechanism of cold resistance in sugarcane. [Method]The malondialdehyde (MDA), proline (Pro) and soluble protein (SP) contents, and activity of peroxidase (POD) were investigated in leaves of sugarcane varieties GT28 and ROC22 at different growth stages under natural low temperature conditions. [Result]The MDA and SP content, and POD activity of leaves showed similar trends in both sugarcane varieties at different growth stages under natural low temperatures, and found maximum to minimum in following order: seedling stage of plant cane>seedling stage of ratoon cane>elongation stage of plant cane>maturity stage of plant cane. The MDA content and POD activity in leaves of variety GT28 were lower than those in ROC22 at the same growth stage, while Pro and SP content in GT28 were higher than those in ROC22. [Conclusion]Cold resistance of sugarcane varieties (performance at maturity stage) can be evaluated by analyzing the physiological indicators at seedling stage of plant crop.关键词
