双氰胺对赤红壤中氯化铵硝化抑制效应研究
The inhibitory effect of dicyandiamide on nitrification in latosolic red soil

Abstract
[Objective]Dicyandiamide (DCD) is widely used in agricultural production as nitrification inhibitor. The present study was carried out in order to study the inhibitory effect of DCD on ammonium chloride nitrification in lateritic red soil. [Method]An experiment was conducted under aerobic conditions and constant temperature. [Result] The results indicated that adding DCD significantly increased ammonium content and decreased nitrate nitrogen content at the same time. But inhibitory effect varied slightly at 0.6-1.0% concentration of DCD. The results also indicated that the nitrification inhibition efficiency of DCD has three peaks: first peak at 1-3 d, the second at 28 d and the third at 45 d. [Conclusion] Combined application of dicyandiamide and ammonium chloride fertilizer may inhibit the nitrification of ammonium chloride , and it is appropriate to use 0.6% DCD in red soils.关键词
