摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The present experiment was conducted to investigate the physiological and chemical response of banana seedlings to copper stress in order to provide basis for forecasting, evaluation and control of banana pollution. [Method ]The seedling of Musa AAA cavendish var. Brasil was treated with 0.04, 0.05, 0.06 and 0.07 mol/L copper solution at 5-leaf stage to determine their effects on different index of Musa AAA cavendish var. Brasil. [ Result ]The results showed that under Cu stress, the relative conductivity and malondialdehyde (MI)A) content increased, while the SOD activity and soluble protein decreasd. The toxic effects of Cu on seedlings increased significantly with increasing Cu concentration and duration of stress. [ Conclusion ] Heavy metal stress increase the production of reactive oxygen species and free radicals in plant, aggravate the membrane peroxidation, enhance the membrane permeability and exosmosis of electrolyte to certain degree, which finaly led to the death of plants.
