我国主要热区农产品质量安全体系研究
Studies on quality and safety system of agricultural products in main tropical areas of China
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The present study was made to provide the references for construction of quality and safety system of agricultural products in tropical areas of China and to promote the sustainable and healthy development of tropi-cal agriculture. [Method]Suggestions about strengthening construction of quality and safety system of agricultural products in tropical areas of China were put forward after analyzing the current status of quality and safety system of agricultural products and existing problems were analyzed. [ Result ]Great progress have been made in construction of agricultural standard system, product inspection system, quality certification system and quality and safety supervision system of agri-cultural products. However, some problems were still found to be existed, which included imperfect management process, three systems for agricultural products quality and safety, quality and safety risk assessment of agricultural products and early warning mechanism, and shortage of strong scientific and technological support. [Suggestion]In order to promote the construction of quality and safety system for agricultural products, several suggestions have been put forward which in-cludes perfection of three systems for agricultural product quality and safety, construction of long-effect mechanism for a-gricultural product quality and safety, innovation of key technologies of agricultural product quality and safety, conducting scientific research on risk analysis, establishment of TBT early warning mechanism, etc.关键词
