广西眼镜蛇毒中Natrin蛋白的分离及纯化
PURIFICATION OF NATRIN FROM GUANGXI COBRA VENOM
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To isolate and purify Natrin from Guangxi cobra venom. Methods: The Natrin from Guangxi cobra venom was sequentially purified by Sephasex G75gel, CM-sepharose CL-6B ion exchange chromatography and Mono S column chromatography on FPLC system. Results: The Natrin purified from Guangxi cobra venom tested by SDS-PAGE and proved its molecular weight was 24. 937 ku and it's N-ter-minal acid sequence was NVDFNSESTRRKKKQKEIVD and C-terminal acid sequence was NIKK. Conclusion: Natrin can be obtained by gel filtration and ionexchange.关键词
