非小细胞肺癌EML4-ALK融合基因1型的表达研究
EXPRESSION AND SIGNIFICANCE OF EML4-ALK FUSION GENOTYPE 1 IN NON-SMALL CELL LUNG CANCER
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of EML4-ALK fusion genotype 1 in non-small cell lung cancer in Guangxi population. Methods;Using two-step RT-PCR technology to detect 81 cases of patients with NSCLC and 17 cases of benign lung tissues. Results;In 81 cases of cancerous tissues and 17 cases of benign lung tissues, there was positive expression of 26 cases (32. 10%) and 14 cases (82. 35%) respectively, all specimens were not detected EML4-ALK fusion genotype 1 expression. Conclusion: All specimens ware not detected EML4-ALK fusion genotype 1 expression in Guangxi patients with NSCLC.关键词
