小鼠肝细胞的分离与原代培养
ISOLATION AND PRIMARY CULTURE OF MURINE HEPATOCYTES
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To search for an easier and cheaper method for the primary culture of murine hepato-cytes. Methods:Isolating the murine liver by non-perfusion, using 0. 2% IV Collagenase to digest the liver to get the primary hepatocytes, and culturing them with DMEM medium in the monolayer. Results:By this way,the primary hepatocytes culture was fomed successfully, and the hepatocytes were proved in shape. Conclusion:The method is good for the general labs to culture the hepatocytes,and it could provide the basic for the further research.关键词
