EFFECTS OF LOX GENE EXPRESSION ON BREAST CANCER CELL LINE MDA-MB-231 BY LENTIVIRAL VECTOR-MEDIATED RNA INTERFERENCE

Abstract
Objective:To explore lysyl oxidase (LOX) silencing by Lentiviral transfection on the breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231. Methods; Base on the sequence of LOX, lentiviral RNA interference vector was designed and chemically synthesized, and then transfected into the breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231. The expression of LOX mRNA and protein was detected by Real-time fluorogenic quantitative PCR (realtime PCR) and Western blot. Results: After the stable transfection, the expression of LOXmRNA and protein was significantly inhibited. Conclusion: Stable transfection of lentiviral vector interference LOX-RNAi-LV can significantly inhibit the expression of LOX mRNA and protein.关键词
