γ-synuclein在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其与预后的关系
Expression of γ-synuclein in Endometrial Carcinoma and Its Relationship with the Prognosis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of γ-synuclein in endometrial carcinoma and its relationship with the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of γ-synuclein in 63 samples of endometrial carcinoma and 12 cases of normal endometrium tissues. Results The positive rate of γ-synclein exression in endometrial carcinoma was 44.45%(39/63)while no expression of γ-synuclein in normal endometrium tissues,which showed significant different between the two groups(P＜0.05).The total surivival of the group of positive expression of γ-sunuclein was significantly higher than that of the group of negative expression of γ-synuclein(97.1%vs 35.7%,P＜0.05).The Cox multivariate analysis showed that γ-synuclein,the depth of myometrial invasion was associated with the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma(P＜0.05).Conclusion The expression of γ-synuclein is related with the progression,invasion and metastasis of malignant endometrial carcinoma,and it may suggest poor prognosis.关键词
