摘要

Abstract

The partial discharges(PD) caused by classic GIS insulation flaws are analyzed, and the propagation characteristic of electromagnetic wave excited by ideal Gauss pulse signal and actual PD current signal in GIS is investigated based on FDTD algorithm. The calculation results show that there is clear difference between the propagation characteristics of the two electromagnetic waves excited by ideal Gauss pulse signal and actual PD current signal. Actual PD signal should preferably be taken as exciting sources for simulation of propagation characteristic of PD-excited electromagnetic wave.
