摘要
Abstract
Based on the reclosing failure in 35 kV substation, the reason of the failure is analyzed. Some issues related to closing failure and their resolutions are suggested. Aiming at the over burning's phenomenon of installment export contact, a method of modifying the logic parameters of installment timing element is proposed in order to achieve the goal of protection. Aiming at the overturning phenomenon of the closing coil, Management measures are proposed such as strengthening the organization in the daily inspection and the maintenance, thus enhances the equipments' reliability. The reason of having the relay protection installation erroneous zone during the high-pressured circuit breaker' sopening failure by the example of Caoqiao 220 kV Substaion is also ananlyzed. In view of protection mode/protection installation's factors and so on time/electric current/selectivity/ sensitivity, it analyses the details of its mis-movement reorganized the main points of the principle of the relay protection installation.关键词
