Determination of Phthalates in Soil using Accelerated Solvent Extraction and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
摘要
Abstract
A method for the determination of phthalates in soil has been established by accelerated solvent extraction（ASE） coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC/MS）.The optimal conditions were determined by selecting the best solvent and chromatography column.Meanwhile,the disturbance of phthalates in natural environment has been controlled effectively by washing experimental vessels with chromium acid.The result demonstrated the recoveries of the six phthalates were between 89.5% and 106.0%.The relative standard deviations were between 1.5% and 5.8%.The detect limits were between 0.01 ng/g and 0.09 ng/g.The method has the characters of low blank,high recovery,good purification,sensitive and a high application value.关键词
