阳离子改性壳聚糖的合成工艺
Synthesis of Modified Cationic Chitosan

Abstract
In the poor of alkaline conditions,the 2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride group was introduced onto chitosan in order to obtain the cationic chitosan.Using orthogonal test,the optimal synthesis conditions was determined by measuring the degree of substitution of synthetic products,and products structures were characterized by infra-red spectrum.The results show that the optimal synthesis conditions were mCTS/mCTA=1∶5,the swelling time of 60 min,the alkalization temperature of 35℃,the reaction temperature of 60℃,the reaction time of 9 h.In these conditions the degree of substitution of synthetic products was about 88.8%,and the quatemary ammonium group is attached to the amino which is on the chtiosan.关键词
