摘要

Abstract

Polyester waterbome polyurethane emulsions were prepared with polyester polyol, toluene-2,4-dissocyanate (TDI) and 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) by the method of prepolymerization. The effect of the neutralization degree on particle size, kinematic viscosity and the mechanical properties of membranes from emulsions were investigated. The results showed that the water resistance of the film increased first then decreased with the increase of the neutralization degree, along with the increase of the neutralization degree the kinematic viscosity of emulsions and the tensile strength of membranes improved, but the particle size of emulsions and the elongation at break of the film decreased. Suitable the neutralization degree was 95% when the triethvlamine was the neutralization.
