Abstract
The amount of lead in the food additive diammonium hydrogen phosphate was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The liner range, the detection limit, recovery rates and degree of precision were also analyzed. The results showed that the detection limit of lead was 0.008 2 μg/g, and the equation of linear regression was y=0.009 lx+0.006 19. Moreover, the recovery ratio of sample was found to be over 97%. By using same sample preparation method, if fixing the weight of samples as 2.5 g, the relative standard deviation (RSD) for ten experiments was 1.01%. However, if fixing the weight of samples as 0.25 g, the RSD for ten experiments was 6.39%. These results indicated that the degree of precision increases with the sample weight.关键词
