The Study of Brown Granulated Sugar Clarification Decoloring Based on Citric Acid Calcium
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, the mixed brown sugar juice was decoloured by citric acid. The effects of citric acid dosage, reaction temperature, reaction time and PAM dosage were discussed, and the optimum conditions were obtained as the following: citric dosage 1.9 mL, time 25 rain, temperature 65℃ and PAM dosage 7 ppm. The largest decolouring rate is 80%.关键词
