摘要

Abstract

At present, the sugarcane growing area are decreasing, also due to labor shortage, high wages, crop competition and other factors, the price of sugarcane are rising. It accounts for the high proportion of the cost of sugar production. The price of sugar fluctuates according to international market, starch sugar and sweeteners. If the enterprises produce only one single sugar product, it would jeopardize the sustainable development of sugar industry. In view of international experience, due to the growing scarcity of resources and energy, and the deteriorating environment, it was proposed to follow the example of oil industry. Crude oil is refined to different grade of products to make the best use of crude oil, and it was called "bio-refinery'. This paper introduces the significance of "biorefinery". In this paper, bagasse is used to extend the industrial chain of refining and new products, and the use of the components of lignocellulose domestic and abroad. In the successive paper, the utilization of molasses, sugar and others will be described.
