摘要

Abstract

The piperine was extracted by using microwave-assisted extraction method, and its content was determinion by HPLC. The effect of extraction time, extraction temperature, ratio of sample to solution, ethanol concentration was microwave power on piperine yield was studied. The experiment result showed that the optimum conditions was 60 minutes of extracting in 80% ethanol water solvent at 55℃ under the microwave power of 500 W, and the yield of piperine was 4.12%.
