Antitumor Activities of Different Extracts from 5 Kinds of Medical Plants in Hainan
摘要
Abstract
The anti-tumor active extracts of 5 kinds of medicinal plants were screened, which are Crotalaria mucronata Desv, Piper betle L1, Actephila m errilliana, Homalium paniculiflorum and Homalium hainanensis. The MTT assay was used to test the antitumor activity of the different extracts of 5 kinds of medicinal plants against four kinds of cancer cells in vitro. Some of the extracts showed remarkable inhibitory activities against the four tumor cells, and expressed dose-effect relationship obviously.关键词
