Abstract
Teaching supervision organization is an important part of the management system of the teaching quality, teaching supervision work is the important means of the teaching quality management in colleges, and supervision organization and teams construction is the key problem in the teaching quality monitoring system. This paper has analyzed university teaching supervision organization model, problems in the work, and its role in teaching quality management system and put forward methods for the teaching supervision organization and the team construction.关键词
