Study on the Ultrasonic Extraction of Rutin from HuPing Jujube

摘要

Abstract

To explore the best extraction conditions of rutin from Chinese dates by ultrasonic extraction Taking the con tent of rutin as the observation index,and the influence of ultrasonic time,ultrasonic temperature,ultrasonic power and ultrasonic times on the ultrasonic extraction technology were investigated by means of simple factor experiment.The opti mum extraction process was obtained by orthogonal experiment.The optimum extracting conditions were extracting for 3 times and 40 min for each time,at 65 ℃ with ultrasonic power of 175 W.The procedure was convenient,reliable and good stability,which can provide some information and basis for the red dates and reference data for determination of ru tin and provide reference data.
