Abstract
Entrapping investigation doesn＇t have exact position in our criminal proceedings,which results in obstacles and difficulties in law application.However,entrapping investigation exists in the reality of criminal proceedings.Our country sets the legal confines for the scope,application objects,manner,process control and violation consequences of it.关键词
