摘要
Abstract
the legal nature of the bank deposit is the problem of property ownership.To clarify the legal property is beneficial to resolve the conflict and to protect the interests of banks and depositors.In our legislation and the field of property,there exists deviation on deposit ownership.If we define the ownership of deposit belongs to depositors,it would result in a paradox between theory and practice.Thus,the theory and legislation practice should clarify that ＂Banks is the only owner of deposit,and enjoys ownership of deposits＂.This is not only the minimum requirement,but insurance of financial prosperity and market economy.关键词
