Cognizance of Unaccomplished Crime Commencement
摘要
Abstract
The article studies the introduction of commencement theory of the continental law countries and the analyse of commencement problems in different situation.It concludes that we should fight against the excess elaboration of criminal law theory research,and against the seeking out specific model conclusion.It claims that under the guidance of criminal law policies of different countries,we should analyse case by case and shake off the yoke of impractical model.It proposes the view that judgement should be made on the reference of several key factors of conducting action commencement.关键词
