Abstract
In order to make further regulating GEM corporate governance,and provide the theoretical foundation,this paper full consideration of the existing research especially Chinese GEM companies industry based on the characteristics of corporate governance of listed company,constructing GEM based index system;Using regression analysis concluded that share ratio of the largest shareholder,the first shareholder for parent,whether by company CEO whether the chairman or the vice President concurrently,board of directors professionals,executives shareholding proportion of company,tradable value influence are statistically significant conclusions.关键词
