Abstract
The study purpose of the company sponsor＇s faithful obligations is restricting the sponsors abuse rights which harm the interests of company and other people,by the way of the rigorous liabilities of the company sponsor.This passage will unfold the theme fromthree aspects,which are cancellation of contract and interests return and damages.In addition,limited liability companies can take the establishment by the public.It involves stock issue and is constraint by the securities law,thus,this passage also analyzes the obligations of securities law.关键词
