The deficiency of the Lost Property legislation in Property Law of China
摘要
Abstract
The legislation to the rights and the obligations of lost property＇s keepers is not specific and completed. The provisions of rights and obligations are not equal between keepers and owners of lost property in current regulations, and it has ignored to note the keepers＇ interest.As a result the occurred legal consequence has violated the purpose of legislators.关键词
