A Preliminary Study on Community Workers＇ Sense of Belonging to Career from the Perspective of Harmonious Society
摘要
Abstract
The key to strengthening the construction of harmonious community is to cultivate a well-constructed team of community workers with good quality.So far,certain achievements have been made in the construction of harmonious community in China,but in the meantime,there are also problems like team instability and lack of sense of belonging to career,etc.These problems need analysis from their causes to find the crux with the view of pushing forward the construction of the team of community workers by promoting their working to be more professional and specialized,increasing the intensity of support fromthe government and strengthen their service consciousness,etc.关键词
