Abstract
Because the stock market is a major part of the national economy,the macroeconomic trends has very significant impacts on the stock market.In the relevant macroeconomic variables,changes of the interest rate most directly and obviously influence the stock market.The paper has mainly analyzed changes of interest rates＇ impact on China＇s stock index,that China＇s stock market is a serious problem of information asymmetry,the stock market is over-reaction to changes of interest rates.关键词
