Abstract
Taking Daheiting-Taolinkou-Luanxian area in Luanhe Basin as the research area, and using the data of precipitation,evaporation and inflow in the area, this article has established Xin＇anjiang model about the inflow in a year, and optimized the parameters of this model by using PSO.关键词
