摘要

Abstract

The measurement methods of MTI improvement factor for surveillance radar were studied in this paper. Based on the analysis of the advantages and shortages for the traditional measurements, including MTI cancellation ratio measurement, static improvement factor measurement and subsystem improvement factor measurement, we put forward a dynamic measurement system which can simulate target signals and rebuild test conditions. The system has a lower requirement for test site and strong universal property, and can provide a basis for anti- clutter performance evaluation in the real sense.
