摘要

Abstract

We designed a monitoring and control system of combined molding product line using wireless data transmission method, and adopted the distributed architecture to establish uniformity protocol model for realizing network data transmission of different terminal equipments. Wireless communication technology was studied to meet the network transmission of electrical parameters during the working process of mobile molding drum, such as voltage, current, running speed, the pressure of hydraulic system, fault state, and so on. This technology has been successfully tested, and the result indicates that the efficiency of the monitoring and control system can be improved.
