摘要
Abstract
By using hexadecylamine as surfactant and stannic chloride pentahydrate as precursor, SnO2 nanoparticles are prepared by chemical precipitation method in ammonia solution. The crystal pattern,size distribution and morphology of the nanoparticles are studied with TEM,XRD and TG. The size of the particles is about 30 run. The particles present irregular polyhedron or near-spherical morphology. The nano-particles have narrow size distribution and good dispersibility. The size of the nano-tin oxide powder could be influenced by several factors.关键词
