摘要
Abstract
A phase high performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the determination of L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate. Agilent Eclipse XDB C18(250 mm×4.0 mm, 5 μm) column is used and the mobile phase is the mixture of methanol- 0.1 mol/L phosphoricacid two hydrogen potassium buffer solution (35 : 65, V/V). The flow rate is 1. 0 mL/min, and the detection wavelength is 254 nm. The linear range is 0. 01~0. 10 mg/mL, and the related coefficient is 0. 999 9, the average recovery rate of L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate in the samples is 98. 24%.关键词
