Image enhancement algorithm based on multi-scale wavelet
摘要
Abstract
This paper proposes a image enhancement algorithm based on multi scale wavelet. Handling the image with wavelet stratification, then using scatter matrix for stratified image to extract more abundant local structural information, last, doing image local histogram equalization to each sub image, all can help receive a complete output image. The experimental results show that the enhancement the effect of the method is obviously superior to the traditional histogram equalization method, which not only increases overall image contrast and prominent local image details, but also restrains noise.关键词
