This paper analyzes the meaning of strategy implementation capability and the process of strategy implementation in virtual enterprises, and on this basis puts forward the five composing elements of strategy implementation capability of virtual enterprises: strategy, membership, communication, incentive mechanism and corporate culture, and then the impact of five elements on the whole strategy implementation capability is discussed关键词
